Nats are special spirits, a mix of rogue and diety, a charming Burmese belief. Animistic Nat worship predates Buddhism in Burma, and many people still hold on to the old ways. There are 37 official Nats, and they all call Mt. Popa, an extinct volcano, home. There are Nats for the home, and temple Nats, we have some of both, all old.
